To deepen their connection to the revolutionary heritage and strengthen teamwork, employees of Jielong Storage traveled to Haifeng, Shanwei, on June 27 for a two-day team-building trip centered on revolutionary history. By walking the grounds where history was made, reflecting on the original revolutionary spirit, and uniting as a team, they drew strength to overcome challenges and forge ahead through a blend of historical immersion and engaging collaborative activities.

I. Visiting sites of revolutionary significance and pooling strength to broaden the united front.

The entire group set out early in the morning for the core landmarks of the Hailufeng Revolutionary Base Area: the Former Residence of Peng Pai and the Red Palace and Red Square. The former residence nurtured the sparks of the peasant movement, while the Red Palace and Red Square witnessed the birth of the nation's first county-level Soviet regime. Every brick and tile bears the imprint of those turbulent, heroic times; pausing to study precious historical records, the group immersed themselves in the "Red spirit" of pioneering courage and selfless dedication, experiencing a profound spiritual awakening that resonated deep within.

In the afternoon, the team visited the "Red" cultural tourism zone in Xinshan Village to kick off a team-building challenge featuring activities like Frisbee Tic-Tac-Toe, "Around the World," and the "60-Second Sprint." Colleagues who usually focus on rigorous storage technology work stepped away from their desks to collaborate and tackle challenges side-by-side; through mutual trust and support, they broke down departmental barriers and forged a unified team spirit.

As evening fell, the team enjoyed a feast of Shanwei-style beef brisket, letting the delicious food and lively atmosphere melt away the day's fatigue. They then settled into their seaside accommodation at Jinding Bay, where the sea breeze, the beach, and relaxed conversations brought everyone closer together.

II. Taking in the Splendor of Mountains and Seas; Setting Out Again, True to Our Original Aspirations

The following day, the group toured Pinqing Lake, taking in the panoramic views of the city and the water. After a midday break, they headed to Honghai Bay to visit the seaside fortress, the Nanhai Guanyin statue, and the popular coastal scenic road, where the stunning seaside scenery offered a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

At the conclusion of the trip, the team returned to Shenzhen together, marking the successful wrap-up of this two-day "Red-themed" team-building event.
